Privacy policy

This is the pre-launch privacy policy for bashlabsrc.com, operated by Howdy Creations LLC of Leander, Texas. The store is not open yet, so right now the only thing we collect is contact information from people who ask to hear about it. Questions go to support@bashlabsrc.com.

What we collect

• Your email address, and your name if you give it, when you join the waitlist on this page or through a signup form on Facebook or Instagram.
• Basic usage data from your visit, such as your browser type, approximate location, and the pages you opened.

Why we collect it

To tell you when the ramps go on sale, to send occasional product updates, and to understand how many people are finding the site. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside the services listed below.

Signups made on Facebook or Instagram

If you signed up through an ad form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta passes us the contact details you confirmed in that form. Meta's own handling of your data is covered by their privacy policy, not this one. We use what they send us for the same purpose described above.

Who processes your data

• Shopify, which hosts this site and stores the waitlist.
• Shopify Email, which sends the emails.
• Meta, if you signed up through one of their ad forms.

Cookies

Shopify sets cookies needed to run the site. If we are running ads, Meta may also set a cookie that tells us whether an ad brought you here. You can block or clear these in your browser at any time.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list.

Your choices

Email support@bashlabsrc.com to see what we hold on you, correct it, or have it deleted, and we will handle it within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under state or national privacy law, and we will honor those requests the same way.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If a child has signed up, email us and we will remove the record.

Changes

This is a temporary policy covering the pre-launch period. A full policy covering orders, payment, and shipping will replace it when the store opens. Continued use of the site after that means you accept the updated version.
