Support

Questions, fitment, orders, broken parts. Email support@bashlabsrc.com and a person who has actually sent a truck off one of these will answer, usually within one business day.

Will it fit my truck?

Start with the send calculator in The Lab. It covers trucks from Traxxas, ARRMA, Losi, Team Associated, Tekno, Kyosho and more, with ready-to-run weights, battery included, and tells you what speed each profile is rated to for your truck. Still not sure? Email us the truck and the battery you run and we'll tell you.

Ratings

Every rating is the peak load on the plates and braces at the lip, published with a 2x safety margin. It depends on your truck's weight with the battery in: a 12 lb truck is rated to 41 mph on the Launch 40 and 33 mph on the Kicker 55, and lighter trucks are rated higher. That is the speed you hit the lip, not your truck's top speed. A truck a little over the line at a given speed is not going to fold the ramp. It is where we tell you to back off. Ratings assume a truck hitting the face straight on with all four wheels; landing on the ramp, casing the lip, or hitting it sideways is a different load case and not covered.

Assembly

Every ramp ships flat-packed. Assembly takes about 10 minutes the first time and about 5 after that. It is tool-free with the included thumb screws, or you can use the included hex screws with the included 2.5 mm hex key or the 2.5 mm hex driver from your truck's tool kit. The step-by-step guide is on the Assembly page. If a step doesn't make sense, email us a photo and we'll walk you through it.

Size, weight and weather

An assembled Core Series ramp weighs about 10 lb and takes up 24" by 30" on the ground, with the lip at 10.4" on the Launch 40 and 11.1" on the Kicker 55. It comes apart to lie flat in a car. The side plates are powder coated aluminum, the skin is ABS and the hardware is corrosion resistant, so wet grass and mud are part of the job.

Shipping

Orders ship from Texas, USA, typically within 1 to 3 business days and sometimes on weekends. Ramps go out flat-packed in one box, and you get a tracking number by email the moment the label prints. Rates are shown at checkout. Due to package size, carrier pickups are required. Please allow up to 1 business day for tracking to go live. Full details are in the Shipping policy.

Returns

Products can be returned in unused, new condition within 30 days of delivery. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Due to the size, we can provide you with a cost-effective return label and deduct the return shipping cost from your refund. There is no restocking fee. Please email support@bashlabsrc.com before sending anything back. Full details are in the Refund policy.

Warranty

90 day Limited Warranty, no runaround. Every ModuRamp is covered for 90 days from the day it lands against defects in materials and workmanship. That means the side plates, the braces, the hardware, and a skin that shows up cracked out of the box. If something's wrong that shouldn't be, email support@bashlabsrc.com with your order number and a photo. We'll look at it, and if it's on us, we send you the part. Because the ramp is modular, a bent brace is a brace, not a new ramp, and that's the whole point.

What we can't cover is the stuff the ramp was never rated for. Every truck in The Lab has its own speed rating for each profile, so check yours before you send it. Truck not listed? Email us and we'll give you one. Going past your truck's rating, landing on the ramp, casing the lip, hitting it sideways or off the edge, or running a 1/5 scale truck on a Core Series ramp isn't covered. Skin scuffs are normal, that's what it's there for, and replacement skins are in Parts. Drilling, mods, and loose bolts are on you. Everything can be fixed or replaced.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Real Talk: We'll do our best to help you.

Parts

The skin is the wear part, so a wrecked skin is an easy replacement, no new ramp needed. Replacement skins are in Parts. More replacement parts will be available on the website in the future; until then, email us and we'll sort it out.
