Thank you for shopping with BashLabs. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs, and what to expect after you buy.

Order processing

Orders typically ship within 1 to 3 business days, and sometimes on weekends, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing the next business day.

How it ships

Ramps ship from Texas, flat-packed in one box. Due to package size, carrier pickups are required. Sticker sheets ordered on their own ship in a mailer.

Shipping methods and delivery times

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and begin once your order ships. They may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination, order weight, and selected shipping method.

Order tracking

When your label is created, we'll email you a tracking number and link. Please allow up to 1 business day for tracking to update.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship within the United States only.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout, but we will help where we can.

Lost, damaged, or delayed packages

If your box arrives damaged, goes missing, or is delayed, email support@bashlabsrc.com with your order number and a photo of the box and contents. We'll work with the carrier to sort it out.

Order changes and cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to accommodate changes before your order ships, but once it's in transit we're unable to modify it. Refunds for cancelled orders are processed promptly to the original payment method.
